I, L.Chockalingam, paid an amount of Rs.251/- on 05.06.2019 through my HDFC Credit card. Till today, the service is not resumed even I called the customer care of Noida since 05.06.2019. The people from Noida is often calling and saying that tamil or english known customer care person will call you. But no one was called and the issue is not solved. I would like to know that any customer care service at chennai is available or not. I want to know that the channel based tariff option is there or not.
I hope that necessary steps will take at least today for resuming the service or otherwise no other option to go with TRAI.
