balance deduction by Remya:

Sir this is to inform you that iam really not at all happy with your customer care service... i have recharge a Full talk time of 60 rs for the number 8686872231 on march 30 2015 around 8 PM , i got a talk time balance of 65/- i have activated the package of 28/- for low call charges and i have made a call of around 10rs /-, the next day without any confirmation message my balance has deducted and the balance which i saw in my mobile was 18 paisa.. it was 8:30 Am on april 1st i have called your customer care a girl have lifted my call and disconnected with giving a proper response... i couldnt ask her name before that only my call disconnected.. and the same day i have called in the evening around 9:45 a person lifted my call i said him about the balance deduction and he directly kept my call on hold and he didnt felt that courtesy to release me from HOLD it was a very LONG HOLD.. and then i have disconnected the call. then at the same time i have tried again and called an other guy lifted my call and spoke to me i said my issue he said we will refund you madam i asked him to transfer his call to the TEAM LEADER but he have done the same thing how the first guy done kept my call on such a LONG HOLD.... Is this the way you test your customers patience... i want my money to be refunded

Hi sir this is to inform you that already I was recharged booster pack on August that validity is 3 months but ur customer care people's called me at 5.30pm they said my bc validity is over and u I'll be changed in ur normal plan said like that and thay was detected 28 in my main balance Then I called ur cc 198 at 9PM Rajesh kannan executive picked the cal &he not answered properly&he cut the cal without inform.So U should take action to him&U should refund my money My Num 9710943635. Today I have called and interact with Ms saraswati to know that why balance is deducted then she tell me the reason but that service was stopped 1 week before and same day DND has been activated on my no but how after 1 one week again balance has been deducted then she told me to cut the phone and talk to shopkeeper.
I want an early response through mail.

I would like to inform you that 8906741822 is My Aircel contact number,And i called on Aircel customer care on 3 August 2017 at About 8:40 PM ..I called 3 times on your customer care but I don't get resolution from your customer care executives ..infact 3 times thier behaviour is very Rude to me and they Also disconnect the call from their side..when I told to your customer care executive to escalate my call to Your Senior representative or TL then they Refused and disconnect my call..
I would like to say that what the hell is going on with The customer ..please take some necessary and immediate steps for this problem
