    Complaint (NO:1-19860657289) against Automatic Activation of Non Stop Music Station by Kayathri:

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    This is to inform you that this "Non Stop Music Station" Subscribed Automatically to my mobile no:7502562213. It Seem that activation is no way done by me since I haven't attend any customer calls and not replied any sms to Aircel to activate any service like this. I have activated recently Net Pack only this month.

    My concern is that whenever I have balance in the number, Some Services gets activated automatically and amount from my main balance gets detected.
    This is not the first time. In the month of March one service namely "Vikat:" got activated automatically on 23 of march. Amount detected from main balance and after Fighting they refunded as Promo Balance, Stating wrongly that they have detected from promo balance only.

    Similarly now in this month of June 2015. Again the same issue, I got detected Rs. 19 totally from my balance by automatically activating the service namely "Non Stop Music Station" on 18th detected Rs. 10 and auto renewal on 23 rd of June, Detected Rs.7, I complained for the same through customer care and deactivated on the same day within an hour. Still i didn't get my refund for the same and on 26 again Balance of Rs.2 detected for the same service, automatically activated. Now my balance is Rs. 0.60 only.

    I need My money to get Refunded in my main balance. You can check from your side that I have n't activated this services, I have all the sms and call details. If you don't take proper action against this Issue i will File RTI and take legal action against Aircel.

    Whenever I have balance I am getting this problem, I think it is done Purposefully and Planned. If so, Please don't do like this. I am not taking this issue for my concern alone, so many people unknowingly suffering like this, Raising voice for all people who are suffering by this kind of issue. Take necessary action and Avoid getting Bad name from your customer. I hope you will understand the situation and do the needful.
