    Sir, as per commission ledge Rs. 33,631/- has been deducted from my commission on a/c of TDS, but it is not submitted to Income Tax Dept.,as per Form - 26AS.

    Sir, as per Income Tax Rule, last date of filing of return for the financial year is 31.03.2015, failing which it will be lapsed.

    Sir, I have requested several time through letter and verbal also. But no result has found.

    Therefore, my humble request please look into the matter and arrange to release my TDS amount, so that i can file return within the period of 31.03.2015.

    I had a policy in Sahara India which has matured on 30st June, 2014. The necessary documents for claiming the matured amount has already been submitted at the office on 30st June, 2014.My receipt no.-1022530131 and serial no.-682000445946 and my policy ammount is 40000/. However, even after 11 months have passed, I haven’t received the amount. I have even walked to the office and followed up with the manager many times, however there is no response.and they speak very foul language and also they told to me i can't to do anything. and i want to sahara india take action on branch manager(MAIRWA)VIJAY KUMAR.
    I want Sahara India to pay me the matured amount along with the interest till current date as soon as possible.and i also want to give me response very quick.
