I want to new charger because my phone was 3 months old I went to Samsung service centre they told me we did not have any any charger right now you just wait 15 days after I visit again again they also told me just wait 10 days we will give you a new charger they always wasting my time I think so Samsung is the worst mobile because I am suffering too much problem please tell me what I can do

I just want to say I have never seen such a waste companies like Samsung in my life it's service centres in Kashmir is equal to nothing I think Samsung is going to end day today day by day I just want to say you take some steps and make good services and good service centres all over in India...... recently my cell phone j7 I got display problem then I went to Samsung service centre. (((ABI Guzar))) (Srinagar (j&k)) there was a person on the counter I ask him to help me I have display problem in my Samsung j7 so please solve this problem but the person told me back we don't have display in stock right now you have to wait either you have to leave cell phone there then I replied how much time it Taken 2 change the display and the person told me back you have to wait 6 months or more than that then I told him then I ask what do you mean 6 months he says yes sir we have already there 1600 cell phones that have same issue same display problem so company is not providing us the parts that's why we cannot change your cell phone I just want to tell you if you cannot provide parts of the cell phones you're service centres then what's the mean that you have of notary service centres every why are closed UIDAI service centre and close your b******* company now come to the point I replied the person who is on the counter ok sir take my cell phone and I will come back after 6 months because my cell phone warranty is going to be end but the person is not agreed to get my cell phone there and suggest me to go any other service centre but when I reach another service centre same replied as I got they suggest me to go another service centre and the process this is going on the another service centre same replied me go to another service centre then I decide let it go I have decide no need to buy Samsung cell phones never never never never f*** that bloody Samsung company and it is service centres and its products
