Sir i am the user of samsung grand prime 4g from last 2 years.i have cahnged its own battery due to bad condtion of battery.now i have fixed new one but i am still getting problem.when i cahrge my battery 100 percent then i use then after a little bit time my phone suddenly gets switch off.but sir i am using samsung j2 charger mostly on inverter.what is the problem.i can say sir when it reaches upto 60-65 charge after using its gets switch off

Last month I replaced my diaplay of samsung j6 and im seeing that it has some problem.the display screen automatically get black if i press it.i tried to contact to ur authorized service center bit its temporarily closed. As u give 90 days guarantee of ur display screen, 60 days are still left..but due to lockdown i cant contact to ur service center.
