I received a gas cylinder on 30-10-2015 due to heavy gas leakage I made a complain . Staff attended on 06 -11 -2015 . I did not use the cylinder ,A huge amount of gas has been leaked . requesting to replace the cylinder thanks Consumer no 616512

Dear Sir,
I am HP Gas ( domestic) consumer n getting cylinders regularly from M/S Mudra Gas Agency Fitri Road Vadodara-21.Today when we changed emptyed cylinder with new one,it was found leaking(hissing sound ) from regulator fitting point.After physical checking it is found that cylinder neck having with dent mark due to which it may be leaking.In view of festival,you are requested to get it checked,if required replace the cylinder.Please take up on urgent basis.

Sir ,
I inform to you that I was out of India since last 6 month so I had not need to use of gas riffile. So I had not booked gas cylinder in same period. Now we came India and we have booked gas cylinder but not revived so I have inquire in Rudra gas agency so they tolled me that you have to pay some fine 150rs .so how it is possible so you do needful and help us
