I just informed you that Date on “ 09/07/2015” , I have received gas cylinder which value is HP GAS Booking No 577993, CashMemo – 138798 ,Dt08/07/2015 with Rs.636.00.
I need cylinder due to i paid but problem is that normally cylinder value is Rs.610.00 Rs but this time Gas cylinder value is Rs.636.00. So, I have visited to our “Bank of Baroda” & nearest Padra Gas Connection Office “Vihar Electrical ” Mr. Bhatt Sir told us that due to technical error it will been happened and subsidy value Rs.636.00. will not deposited in Your Padra Branch “Bank Of Baroda” A/c No : 02040100000904 name of Mrs .Sarojben Chimanlal Patel According Indian Rules Regulation three time i have received cylinder cash memo and subsidy was deposited in my account but due to technical error this time i could not received subsidy deposit.
I requested you that please deposited my gas subsidy value in my account “Bank Of Baroda” A/c No : 02040100000904 name of Mrs .Sarojben Chimanlal Patel.
