    I gave my submersible domestic pump for servicing on 06-04-2018 to Engineering & Innovation, Mudichur Road, Chennai 600048. The service center says that a spare of the pump is not available. 18 days have gone we are running out of water for the past 18 days at my home.with great pain collecting water from the street tap. The job card number is C-109.i have also complained to the toll free number and the complaint number is 1804121278 dated 20-04-2018. Kindly take necessary steps to hand over the pump changing the spare in time.
