Dear sir,
With ref. to above title, at our residential complex, Earth Ambrosia, Sama-Savli road, Vadodara, we are having problem in electric switches provided by our builder for entire residential complex, as well as in my home, vide address H/504 in the same complex.
We have complained about the same to your marketing officer for several times but he is not giving proper reply as well as nobody has visited to solve the complain.
This shows his mere careless which we can not tolerate and if after this mail we will not get any prompt response, we will go to your higher authority.
