Dear Sir, I have subscribed STOI - 15 Month Offer, vide Order NO. 82393 dated 5.3.17 by paying Rs.795/-. The cheque was cleared on 15.3.17. The executive has promised me to deliver the newspaper w.e.f. 15.3.17. Till date, neither coupon nor Newspaper is received. I have made no. of complaints through phone to your customercare. One complaint No. is 1384740.
Kindly inform me the status. If you are not able to deliver the same, kindly refund the amount.
