Complaint against bus driver for forcing 3 ladies to vacate bus before reaching destination in mumbai by Rekha:

Bus No KA25AA5945. From Mglore to Mumbai Gokul hotel borivli west.
Today dt 11 May 23, bus timing to reach Gokul hotel was 9.30 am. However till 12 pm we were in VRL bus only and not reached destination. Then suddenly Driver stopped the bus in between Rashtriya Udyan Metro stop and said all commuters to vacate bus and will not go to gokul hotel as bus is late and they need to go back early. This was really surprising and very rude behaviour of the driver. As we ladies r new to mumbai we were confused because of this behavior of driver. We request you to take strict action against this driver as these people are spoiling the brand of VRL.

With reference I was travelling from Bangalore to Mantralaya on 14/11/23 Bus no MH12VF7505 booked two seats L9 and L10 we both are senior citizens it is very much discomfort to sleep on bed it is hardly half feet hight and covered head and leg side driver of vehicle was very helpful travelling was very much discomfort Kindly see any alternative to help Senior citizens

my self Durga travelled from ravulapalem to Bangalore by vrl service on 18th feb 2024. i kept my laguage inside the cabin. after completing of my journey, i found some valuable items miss in my language
