Misbehavior os staff by Pravin Bhanarkar:

Today (dt. 6 June) I am traveling from jalgaon to pune by bus. PNR NO 77276967,

First thing , your pick point near neri naka jalgaon is worst place as pick point I ever seen my life. Driver and cleaner do not support to pick customer. It was heavy rain at 9 pm. It's natural that I become wet and my shoes become dirty (as there is no place like shed or building near to your pick point.) Cleaner misbehaved me saying bus is getting dirty because of me.
I told him that there no place to avoid rain. Then he refused to put my language to put at downstairs. He advised me to put my laguage on single seat . How do I place luggage on single seat. I am frustrated by prasanna purpal staff. This is second time I have experienced rude staff behavior that's why customer like me not prefer prasanna. And goes to travels like VRL. VRl staff is so professional.
I will not travel again by prasanna travel,
