hie my name is Richa kakwani ,I hav started my treatment at kaya kandivali (west),reagarding my removal of dark spots and pigmentation , they charged 70,000 , for my legs arms and face aftr guving discount i paid 70k for 6 sittings , 3 qswitched nd 3 peals . my 5 sessions are over and not a single inprovment of 1% , in d beggining dr ruchita from kaya confirmed tht it will go , amd miss rekha and renuka called 100 times before treatment to pay money , this that , is this company just fooling people by charging money and giving no result , now i saw many reviews whch shws how it works , i want my treatment to get done orels refund money , its a totally fake how u make people to pay money nd den doung treatment ina way mayb so that people would pay more money , but no result atalll is uselesss , Fake people. looks aftr the problem

I had an appointment for Gycolic peel on 17.10.2017 at 1.00 pm. When I reached at the Khan market centre, I was told that Derma doctor will come at 2pm. I waited till 2pm as I reside very far from the centre.
Intially i had been provided a room which was good, however after 15 mins waiting in room , I had been shifted to room in which AC water is leaking on my bed. This is disgusting.
The derma lady doctor turn up at 2.30. The lady doctor was very rude. When she was applying peel , I told her regarding burning sensation on my face but she scolded and said let her apply the peel first on my face. After few hours of session, I found a burning mark on my face.
This is really very shocking that Kaya people is so rude with valuable customer and provides service as they are doing charity work free of cost. It appears that time is valuable only for Kaya's staff / doctors and time is of no importance for clients who come here for getting are
I really trusted Kaya but now I have realised that they don't deserve to be trusted.
Hope this complaint will be heard .I request you to kindly train your staff to be polite and provide proper service to clients

I hd complained earlier also.but nobody is listening it ...I hd paid more than 45,000to repair my face but according to commitment or package nt only they worsen my face than b4 but also left in between sessions n declared tht my sessions are over..Since from the beginning treatment resulted negative on me ..I complained but they kept on experimenting wid my face..no fix doctor was dere who could give me the best ...my face has turned so ugly ..please do sumthing ...Kaya is a reputed brand ..it was our trust only due to which I use to visit Delhi from Panipat after every 15 days..but now u can't leave my treatment incomplete in between..even no prescription ws given to me regarding take n care of my face at home...
