Iam travellig in bus number UP75M4963 indore to jodhpur. Unfortunately i got last sleeper in this bus i.e. seat number 36. Where i also paid the same amount like all the coustmer but my seat condition is worst that i never expected from the hans travels. I paid them ₹ 1300 for the seat but i got the service worth ₹200. AC of this compartment is not working properly and there is dust all around the seat and even in the AC panel. Even bed sheet is not provided specially to me. Iam requesting to the hans travels to not to make fool of people. I was a idiot who choosen this bus for my comfort. I have pictures clicked on my phone of your bus condition will send you after your reply.

But when the parcel Reached the destination (jaipur), the guy asked for more charges while handing over the parcel to me..
He said k Bilti ka charge lagta hai..

I had booked a bus ticket from Burhanpur to Sanwad. The time of the bus in Burhanpur was at 1 o'clock but she came to at 4 o'clock and after that the bus operator took me off 35 km before Sanwad due to which I could not go to work in time and both my time and capital. If you will never book a goose travel bus online in ruination, then do not use any of the bus services of hans Travel. The reason would be right that it is not giving the kind of service that we are taking money from people.

I have booked a ticket from hans Travel indore (Rs1680) from Indore to Delhi on1 oct 22 bording time is 8:00 PM and arrival time was 10:00 AM in morning in Delhi but bus came very late in boarding point i.e 10:00 PM and still i am traveling in a bus and bus is still in agra ,i really don't know when it will be reaching its destination ,i was a huge loss of mine ,there was a presentation today in my office at 11:30 and today due to delay of bus ,my apsent will be market in office ,who will bear this losss

Please take note of a serious practice by Hans Travel Bus ( Goa to Mahableshwar) which clearly states that their car or van will up and drop at Mahableshwar Bus Stand. But their practice is to just drop the Mahableshwar passengers 45 kms early and felt on the highway to fend for themselves!!!
Today, my brother (63 years old) Ticket no: TS3298359898 and his wife were dropped at the highway at mid night 1200 am , without any pick up arrangement by Hans Travel!!
Please investigate and take necessary corrective and preventive action to save unsuspecting passengers, from the ordeal and cheating by the Hans Travel Bus.

Had called on the number given that the bus booked from Mumbai to Indore on 20-10-23 was late. But the driver's number was unknown and the call was made on the second number +918828163888, he patted his feet very politely. I did not get a proper reply and stopped picking up the phone when I called again.
