    Complaint for Flying Machine Jeans showroom at Panipat. Reminder by Sukhvir Maan:

    Dear Sir\Mam,

    I am getting in touch with you for the Jeans which I bought from your Panipat showroom at Mittal Mega Mall in the month of June'2017. I bought this jeans for a discounted amount Rs. 2500 while the actual price was Rs 3299.

    After washing the Jeans, I found that there was some fitting problem which may be coz of shrinkage in the fabric and therefore I did return this Jeans to your Panipat showroom for the exchange of new Jeans. But to get the new Jeans from your showroom, it took almost 2-3 months time to exchange the product. Now the scenario is that your Panipat showroom calling me again and again and asking an additional amount of Rs 780/- for the exchanged jeans with them.

    As per my understanding, I did buy this product when there was an offer and for any exchange on purchased items, there should not be any extra charges and should be the same paid original amount.

    Also note that in last 2-3 months, I have seen sale of 40-50% as well but your Panipat showroom never gave me the product in that period even if it was an exchange for the default products.

    So I request you to pls instruct your panipat showroom to do not call me again and waive off this unnecessary extra amount they are asking from me now. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

    Also note that by mistake I have lost the original copy of the bill and only have bar code of last replaced item as attached.

    Got Some issue with my Black jeans by Nima Norbu:

    I bought this jeans a couple of month back from the showroom in my home town GANGTOK SIKKIM.
    And since then I used it twice and hand washed it at home, and let it dry.
    And the next time I planned to use it again I noticed some wrinkle on the front side.
    so I asked the showroom sales person and they said its better to mail the company. because they can't can't help in that situation.

    Hi I m costumer of flying machine I want to say you you're new stores in Uttar Pradesh and uttarakhand kiccha, Sambhal and Dhampur front Led display is not proper mounting please check it your company requirements 3mm branded sheet to use the letter making (Paise bhi usi cheej ke dete hain Aap) but the acrylic sheet use by making 2mm Indian acrylic sheet not proper light and same seen create to khatima aapka vendor Aapko loot raha h ek brand ka status gira raha h if I m wrong please check it good work good money no problem but bad work and good money that is wrong

    I am aniket Mishra I have purched a three set of jeans and shirt from your Rewa flying machine store approximately amount Rs. 9700/- dated on 25/08/2020 and has given for alterring then picked after 5days later but one of them jeans has got defected.
    I have returned the article at same Rewa store.
    For reference Jeans code is FMJN8554

    This is totally a they are playing with brand value of FLYING MACHINE.
    I am got extremely unsatisfied now.
    Please intervene and change my article or return my money.
