I regularly go to Saltlake CCD(opposite petrol pump near CC1).
The manager named Biswajit is a very rude and dishonest person And greedy person.Always he makes customer confuse and try to charge extra money without giving extra products or services.Today he is telling us that we have to purchase coffee or tea strong even if we don't like strong tea or strong coffee.He will give us light tea or coffee but we have to pay the charge of strong coffee or tea as it is Puja special.I really started disliking this CCD.
I'm going to tell my friends and relatives to not go this CCD as Biswajit is so dishonest.But the other staffs Manjit and other are good.
But Biswajit's attitude is so rough.

Two CCD machine are running in our office but not working properly, regarding this many times complaint has been logged but no response is being shown by service team.
kindly ask them either to serve better on time or take their machines from our office even we can go with Nestle.

We are a couple & regularly visit the CCD Mani Square-2 shop at ground floor of Mani Square mall @ Kolkata. We are happy with the services given by the Mani Square-2 TEAM.

This is Anwar from ekta consultant, i was making follow up from last 8-9 month on-wards, regarding my payment but still they are nor responding on call or even though on mail.. HR Frisha kanoon from mumbai vikhroli branch she is not able to work, just cutting the phone, And whenever receiving the call she is in leave.. And already sended 4 th time invoices copy.. but due to her negligence same was misplace..
so please do the needful
