    Hi I stayed on treebo Cartier at Bangalore on 29 th check in 30 th check out ...I used my debit card to pay the bill...they debit my payment at that time rs 2087 ...but 4 th may I have received message from my bank they debit again 2087 rs from treebo hotels ...i shocked and I checked my account statement i saw again they debited from my account...kindly repay my money do the needful in time Sir

    I booked Treebo-Hive, Chennai from 14.08.2017 to 16.08.2017 [Booking.com Confirmation number: 1690489743]
    The room was very clean and comfy but restroom is awful. No water supply on Commode or sprayer, Shower to tap converter valve is not working, even the water flow in basin is what you get in below standard level hotels

    Conplaint against treebo ambassador ahmedabad by Meeta gaddaam:

    Rooms not cleaned at all and mr vishnu on the front desk says hum kya sirf yeh karne k liye thudi bethe hai this is notfirst time i have stayed here but this time the staff and mr vishnu are very rude in talking
    Treebo is a brand where v dont have to worry for cleaning but here even toilet dustbin bag was not changed during check out

    I have received partially refund of my booking cancellation, the booking dates were 21st to 24 October for hotel Ambassador, Ahmedabad and the cancellation has been done on 16th October. The refund amout recieved is 2358. Ideally it should be 6300.
    I have written several mails on hello@treebohotels.com but still it is not sorted yet.
    Would request to revert on this mail and when I will receive the balance amount.

    Dear team,
    After repeatedly intimating you (hotel manger) regarding the billing -
    In Billing I asked them to put 1- customer name should be -My organization name ie -ICICI BANK, and in guest name -my name should be there, ie-Deepanjali sahu, with company GSTIN insteed of it they put my name as customer column

    2-I stayed there and paid there for
    4d days ie-11/06/2019 to 14/062019,But Ithey have billilled 2days in my own name without even GSTIN
    I am supposed to reimburse that amount as it's a business trip.
    Hence request you to correct it and contact me.

    Sir, i had made booking from 30.11.2019 to 02.12.2019 ans had made payment online on 21 Nov 2019 which is debited from my account. But not yet get any booking id and confirmation mail from your side.
    I called 2 to 3 times to your numbers but not yet solved my problem.
    So please do the needful.
