Payment Issue by THOMAS MATHALAIMUTHU:

My Son TP Sherwin Admission no-SCS1358841 fee RS 37000 was paid on 24th May 2023 through UPI transaction at Padur branch, Chennai, Amount was debited from my account and credited to Sri Chaitanya account message received from the bank.I have the proof of bank statement and all transaction details and the same was submitted to the school management on 24th May at the Padur branch to MR.Srinath Branch accontant and MR.Manikanda Zonal Managre.
Sri Chaitanya School management at the Padur branch management is saying the money was not credited to the Sri Chaitanya account.
For the last 10 days, I am struggling with this issue.

My child study 3rd grade mavrics in your Mahalakshmi branch he has not able to study mavrics. He facing difficulty. I requested the principal more than 10 time from last 3months but school as not supported. And problem is I have two childrens younger one is special child he is not able to talk and those problems I am risky to manage that please change the curriculum mavrics to ylp for 3rd grade in Mahalakshmi branch please help me sir I

Principal in srichaitha school K3 branch, Kadapa behaving arrogantly towards parents and she bluntly rejecting IT admission in the School. As we proposed Srichaithanya particularly for IT convenience , please consider our request and do us the needful. We bare teachers arrogance and disrespect but we don't want to spoil our kids future considering the facts and request please help us

Hello,
I need to admin contact details fro complaint in Sri Chaitanya Techno School head office. My little boy just 5 years old and admission in Sri Chaitanya Techno School Bhopal branch in 2023. After summer vacation school resumes my kid faced physical abuse by other child. I had a word with Teachers but no proper response from them. And I have noticed principle is not interested to talk with me for this case.Very careless behaviour face from the bhopal school management. I would request you to please any one have admin details for head office please share me it's very important for me and my child.
Tambaram branch - power problem in class rooms/ water problem in rest room by vijaykumar:

1) In 5th standard class room most of the time power is not there, kids are feeling sweating. Regarding this given complaint many times to class teacher and principal, but still not getting major improvements.
2) In 1st standard floor's rest room, most of the time water is not coming, kids are feeling very bad go to rest room and they are having itching problem due not not having enough water to clean properly.
3) Generally if we go and complain similar with above issues to the principal, she is not giving responsible answer.

My son is studying in 4th standard. I had gone to school 2 weeks prior to discuss with Principal about exorbitant fees of tuition and Transport, while the services still remains the same. Teachers are helpful to good extent. But when I was asked to give written letter requesting for a discussion about fees to Coordinator, during PTM, unfortunately I could not be present, teacher forcefully taken letter from my family for making the complete 50% payment before August 23 end. And she also expressed that if had I known that the fees are still unpaid, I wouldn't have shown the marksheet. Family insisted to meet Principal or Coordinator, but was not allowed. Transport facility is upto the main road and a signal where 4 roads meet and we havent changed our residence but have to pay 4k extra from previous year and for that also they answered like every year we will keep raising the fees. Such a callous attitude and dejected experience for the family. And I can see otherwise also in website that not even 100 complaints are resolved out of 395 odd. Extremely disappointed. And please ensure my child is not affected by my complaint. Will not bear that at any cost

Hi, my daughter studying in 8 class at Sri Chaitanya school kadipikonda. My daughter was shot and they given her place to sit on last bench. I complained so many times to class teacher and principal so many times and I requested to both. But no action from them since three months every time they are giving dates to change place and no action. So please requesting to take quick action. Hope this complain will not make me to wait long time.

We have admitted our child to Sri Chaitanya Techno School BAVADHAN- PUNE in mid-term on 06 Nov 2023.
My child is studying in grade 3, I ordered a shirt on 07 Nov for him, payment was done online for the product.
Pune school does not have the size 14 in their stock, and they told they have to place the order from Hyderabad, this will take at least 5 days.
Today is 28 Nov and I still don't have a shirt available. My kid is crying and he doesn't want to go to school and is afraid of the punishment given to him.
I paid the money, I have given enough time to school, and still my child is getting punished.
I want to take the immediate action on this and make sure that my child should not get the punishment until he gets the shirt.

Dear sir/ Madam, my daughter is studying 7th class in Sri Chaitanya Tecno school, Asilmetta - 3, CBSC, Rockdale Layout, Visakhapatnam.
I would like to inform you that Toilate facilities are not good, management is not taking care to clean bathrooms every day, water is also not coming in bathrooms. Girls facilities very much problems. Prenicipal and teachers is taking this issue very casually. You are requested please clear this issue immediately.

Quality of teaching is good but torture to pay fees and bus fees it's irritating and we know that need to pay. My two kids are studying in your school only. If fees is not paying will not give Hall ticket,, if not pay the bus fees will take to school in bus .... And you will not call one time for remainder continues call and upto driver also calling for fees ... Still 3 month is there but I am having only 5000rs only pending... You having many branches but not having money... Please take a request don't do like this and hurt like we know need to pay will do it.....
