This is to inform you that I am Nirmal Saha S/o Late Nityananda Saha I have issued 3 Pax tickets of Spicejet from Kolkata to Amritsar dated 16.11.2017 PNR-IGE9VR & return from Delhi to Kolkata dated 22.11.2017 PNR T72I4P
This is my bad luck on 3rd Nov my elder brother Niranjan Saha have been died in Appolo Gangles Hospital Kolkata, based on Hindu Ritual the cremation to be performed till 13the day that day is 16th Nov, therefore, we would not be able to travel anywhere.
Yesterday, on 9.11.2017 I discussed with spicejet customer care they suggest me to send the Death certificate alongwith the request letter for cancel the tickets without any charges, hence I request you to please cancel the both to and fro tickets and return me back the issued amount. I have enclosed herewith Death Certificate & Adhar of Niranjan Saha.

Pnr no is P5GHQI tkt of self and wife. Reported at check in counter 1hr 30 min before but the person at counter tolt that if I want seat together one seat will be chargable. Iam surprised how you can charge when my ticket is combined ticket and nowhere you have stated of extra chargres. Ultimately we were given separate seats. 5D and 14C. I have never faced this situation in any airlines in my life till date. We feel you are not bothered about the passengers but only interested in making money by hook or crook. NS Rohankar.9871185668.
