It's been 20 days I had given my phone nokia 6 for repairing
Until there is no response from your employers
I had been to that center for more than 10 times and they just always said it will take time...is this way for ur company to treat your customer?? Please contact with your fellow members and let us know when actually we will get our phone?

i have purchased one nokia 5 smart phone in jUly 2018.cost of phone is Rs.11,900/- after 15 days the original setting have vanished. I went to your customer care centre in thrissur kerala they have rectified and it was okay. again after two days original settings have vanished. again I have contacted your customer care centre. again they have rectirifed and again it was vanished after two days. again I have contacted them and same thing happened.Now i am having the phone without nokia original settings.would you be able replace
with a new one.if you have replace with a new phone i willbe highly obliged becuase the ocst of phone is too high
