    I have pay electricity bill on dated 08.10.2017 at 5:02pm Rs. 299/- which order no is - 3937459703,and my consumer no.MR007170 although I got a bill of two month on dated 15.10.2017 which is wrong.
    So please rectify my bill as soon as possible although l can pay bill.

    sabse pehle aap nbpdcl me posted sare staff ko baat karne ki trainning milni chahiye.q ki maine 7763815003 pe call kiya to bola gaya ki aapko ek yahi number mila hai baat karne ke liye.jab maine bola helpline number pe baat nahi ho raha hai 3 din se try kar rahe hai to sunkar call dissconect kar diya gaya to aap hi bataiye hum logo ko kaha se help milegi

    Respected sir , there is frequent powercut in my village .My village comes under NBPDCL . Address of my village is Gram- Nauranga, THANA-PARBATTA , dist-Khagaria .Sir please provide a time table for power cut.And please ensure less power cut in future.

    From November 2016 to till October 2017 I have paid 1251 KWH unit Consumption (Rs.6672) average bill because no one come to read the meter.
    Now I received new bill with 2997 Kwh Consumption (Amount Rs.10700.00) by my meter reading was 2781 KWH on 02/11/2017. So revised my bill.

    I am pooja Singh from district araria,block bhargama,panchyat paikpar.There is no pole near or around my house,with the help of bamboo I have taken current but there near my house some people disconnected my wire.And having misconcept that all area used electricty bill is added in their bill and there is being more politics by people here.I am consumer holder still they are creating trouble.2014 to 2016 we were not using any electricity still there is bill of 8000.Here we have complaint again and again to electrician for pole and disconnection by people still he is not respond and demanding fee for pole.I hope you are going to give us help from your side.

    Self reside at kailashpuri,wardno-9,Dumra,Sitamarhi.Meter installed on 20 MAy17.Even after lapse of six month neither any one came to check meter reading nor started electrical billing of consumer no-6880 A/s-2 which will put collective billing burden on consumer.
