I am a resident of sec-55 .I want to tell you sur/madam that in our locality water will be only available once a week ,it is declared just now.so how we will able be able to do our work with concentration so, how can our country make progress ? As life of children residing will be interrupted .

We are facing a problem of water logging in our locality. The reason is that the houses which are in corner they have captured the govt. Property and made a wall. The sewage gutters are inside the walls. When the govt. People come to clean the gutter. They hide it. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

RESPECTED SIR,
In Arya Nagar , Mohana Road , Near Anand Bakery , Gali No-2 Kalyani Hospital street light is not working for more than 6 days due to very heavy darkness in the street and also not feeling safe at night. I am also lodged complaint at MCF office Ballabgarh on 04 Sep 2018 , but there is no action as on date. May I requested to pl looking to the matter and send electrician to repair at the earliest.

Subject – Poor Quality of Roads burst water pipe line and continuous sewage in Sector 46 hno :191 Water Logging Near Houses
Respected Sir,
With due respect, I beg to say that we the resident of Hno: 191 and adjoining houses of sector 46 are facing problem of poor quality of Roads from last 8 years .Water which is being supplied contains sand, dust and other contaminated particles which is not fit for drinking and even not fit for other day to day activities.
We are living in a area wher sewage flows in the lane from morning to evening and since there are pits on the road the water accumulation is common. There is a huge chances of dengue cases and mosquito breeding.
Apart from this, we are facing a problem of blockage of water pipeline due to soil accumulation in pipeline. The water supply pipe is broken and water is contaminated.
As residents of a civilized society, atleast we have right to live in hygenic atmosphere.The problem is severe and should be considered and resolved on priority basis.
Therefore I request you to look into the matter seriously and make an early arrangement of good quality of water supply. So people may get rid of the problem of poor condition of roads and sewage problem

For last four months the ecogreen contractor is isuing fabricated bills. They charge Rs 59/- per month. When I came to know that company has not started to collect charges till yet through news paper. This month I asked for gst invoice they provided the invoice having fabricated no on it. When I search at government site for this it proved to be invalid. This is brought to your knowledge that complete goof up is prevailing in this system. We as commoners are being robbed every month. Hope with this information on the plight of public robbing. You would provide justice to all and end this cartel forever.

Dear MCF,
I am a resident of House No 31, Sector-15 Faridabad and would like to register a complaint regarding the mess created outside the house.It is built on a corner plot and we had placed plants,hedges with concrete floor outside the boundary wall of the house.
In December first week, MCF team consisting of 10-15 people came with a yellow bulldozer to demolish the temporary structure consisting of plants and hedge with concrete flooring.
MCF has marked the boundary with boulders within 15 days of demolition.Since then NO PROGRESS is made to remove garbage, debris & levelling of the surface.
Due to the above mess created by MCF,people have started throwing garbage and recent rains have led to water logging issue outside the house.
If no action is taken then the area outside the house will become a breeding ground for insects/mosquitoes which may lead to breakout of epidemic in the area.
Please assist in removing the debris, levelling the ground and placing the tiles as soon as possible.

Issue: Bribe/ Wrong Water Bill/ Rude Behavior
Description:
I am Suraj (Staying in Old Faridabad, Ward Number 7). I have complaint against one of the MCF Officer whose name is Pavan Kumar (Works in MCF as a Water Inspector, Old Faridabad, Room No. 8). He has given me a water bill which is completely wrong.
Moreover, I have also come across with more than 20 illegal connections in Dhobi Wada, Old Faridabad where he is not taking any action and taking bribe from those families and they are wasting water like anything.
Apart from that, there are may shops in Old Faridabad, Market where he has delivered the bill without checking their meter and in return if they ask for right bill, he asks for bribe and incase they don't accept, he try to dominate them.
Although he is government officer, he is trying to act as if he has complete freedom and our government can't do anything against him.
My humble request to you take some strict action against this person so that they should know how to talk to people coming for any requests. I have never seen such a rude behavior and attitude the way this person has shown up.
Hoping to hear back from you soon with the resolution of my problem.
