Loose tools and weakness 1 side pain by Shiba Barman:

Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I'm Shiba Barman from Jaigaon Alipurduar West Bengal. Last time i visited to AIG for my stomach problems and as u said i followed all the foods and medication and also exercise.
But from last month my stools r always loose and food is not digested I'm also having constipation sometimes diarrhoea. It is not possible for me to come again to AIG it takes 3 days by train and flight is expensive which i can't afford.
I just work in customs as Custom House Agent and boss will not allow me again because staff is less.
I would be very much thankful to you if u provide me steps or guide me to recover from loose tools and constipation and medication which will help in digestion.
