Money paid but order not confirmed by Sulekha T:

Today at 2:38pm (IST) i paid Rs 895 through razorpay. to Chumbak Design Private Limited for an order of Chumbak Forest Animals Jewelry box Green.
I have now communication from Chumbak to say that the order is being processed. , no order number is issued.
I think i need to file a complaint.
