    My family members visited vcare many time and they shoped up to 80,000 till now
    Yesterday my family members went to vacre centre in hyderabad dilshuknagar branch
    we asked a face product they shown me a product told me that ita was cos of 3000rs
    Later after completion of debit card paymwnt they paid 6000rs with ny card
    If they asked the receptionist behavious was changed and used dirty word with ride language with a women
    This is the ninaense was happening in delahuknagar vacre branch
    In thag vacre branch why a mal candidate is wrking how they are behvaing this customers
    So please take action on him please remove from hus job otherwise girls can give a paolice cimplainton him
    On again ama saying dilshuknagar vcare branch hyderabad
    Please take a action on him

    I have paid 29,736 for my tatoo removal treatment and due to some personal things(Health issues) I do not want to got for the treatment. so I asked for the procedure to get it right/refund as per policy.
    I called complaint number 9566226668, He was rude and asked me to check with Branch. They dont want to go for refund
    I need proper assistance on it ASAP

    its been quite a lot of time. you are leaving me with no option on consumer cheating case.

    Dear V Care I went for a treatment in on of your store Karimnagar there is no proper responds and proper follow up i completed my biocell treatment and there is no result and they sujested go for PRP with maintenance and I'll again paid the money went for treatment after paying money I will follow up for to do the treatment and they done one session of treat ment after they there is no message or call for treatment So better to avoid v care for treatment

    I paid a lot of amount for Hair and skin treatment, but my hair sessions was complted and skin sessions were pending i called so many times vacre kukatpally branch so many members was lift the call and we will call back after 5minutes but there is no proper response from your end i spend the lumsum amount but vacre service is very worst service, employees were not dedicated to vcare there is simply timepass employees genuine employees next time i will not suggest v care center waist of money..

    have been under your support for hair treatment during last 3 years and also my son had similar service for a short while, however he couldn't continue due to his non availability and also he didn't like your treatment/service. So far I would have incurred around 3 lacs till date.

    Today I visited your above branch at 10 25 am where I have been taking treatment for hair maintenance turn. I was asked my mobile number for which I responded. Also to mention no other client waiting in the hall except another lady with laptop. I was waiting till 10.50 am and no information from counter when I will be attended. I myself asked counter staff why the delay that too when no other client is there. I was informed with some lame excuses etc., I am told that Dr is on meeting/call etc. When clients are coming from 10 am why you have such meeting after 10 morning. Are we important or your internal meeting?

    This kind of poor service I experienced during my last 3 years and still the attitude of taking clients for granted continues. I requested counter staff I want to speak to centre in-charge/ Head Mr. George whom I know also personally because of my 3 years relationship. But I am told by counter staff that he is on skype/meeting. Is your internal meeting is to be prioritized or resolving clients problems?

    When I was leaving again I asked counter staff on status of meeting Mr. George. Again I was informed that they will inform him once his meeting is over. Now it's 4 pm and I wonder whether such an important long meeting still continues?

    People are coming to your service with lots of shame or discomfort because of loss of hair or skin issues and also pay heavy amount towards your charges. But the attitude and level of service still if it continues, I doubt about your growing recognition and market.
