This is Aayushi Agrawal. I have donated blood at Ramkrishna on 08.03.2021 volunteering and they told me to take my reports on the next day but when I come after 2-3 days they told me the report is not ready and today is 19th July 2021 I came again to donate blood voluntary and asked for the reports but they are not giving it to me and told me to come again after 2 days. The person in the reception is searching for the report but he is not able to find it. I think they have lost it.
I am donating blood and the hospital lost my report. How can I donate blood here without thinking twice. What would happen if you guys lost my blood also. This is not the way you treat your valuable donor.
I want my report ASAP.
