Second dose of Sputnik vaccination by Haridas R:

Sir/Madam,
Good morning!
This is to bring to your notice that my daughter Divya Nair. H has taken first dose of Sputnik vaccination from there on 16.07.21. Thereafter, there was an intimation from KIMS hospital citing second dose date beginning from 6.8.21. Since daughter will be returning on 7.8.21 to her duty place in Gandhi nagar, Gujarat, she has tried to take a confirmation from your side for the date 6.8 .21. Though she tried to impress upon the need of having the second dose on 6th itself, your staff was not prepared to give a confirmed date as sought by daughter. Her two attempts in this direction were of no use .
I request you to view the matter in the given context and consider giving a confirmation on the same, i.e. second dose of vaccination on 6th itself,so as to enable her to return to the work place after completing the full course of vaccination.
Hope you would look into this matter with due consideration and respond accordingly.
