I, a resident of Prince Anwar Shah road, want to inform you about my bitter experience with your outlet at Lord's more. Firstly, the rasogolla that my wife bought today was not at all fresh, second point is increase in price of the same rotten food. Last but not the least, the person's behaviour is really very rude and also unhygienic. Please look into the matter seriously with utmost importance.

Recently I visited Kamdhenu Sweets outlet in Kolkata near Lake Mall in Kalighat. We bought a couple sweets along with 4 kalakand sweets. They took the money for the kalakand but didn't gave us the kalakand sweets in our packet. After we came back home we realised they have not given us the 4 kalakand sweets and also charged for it.
