Dear Reena mam
I request to kindly process refund of my security deposit.
I myself (Tanya Shukla)and my younger brother Tanishk shukla had joined acting course batch 70 in April 2017 which was completed in mid of August 2017.
I made my security deposit of ₹30000/- on 02/05/2017 vide receipt no 20971 and security deposit of ₹30000 /- for Tanishk was also done on the same day vide receipt no 20966.
Request you to kindly process refund and please to communicate me for any other details and further steps , if required at my end.

It's been 15 months since I finished my courses and i have not recieved my security deposit back. I have made my security deposit of Rs.20,000. I have been emailing the customer care from 15 months, they always say you will receive your security deposit soon and I still have not recieved my security deposit back yet.
