    I hv booked a L type sofa & Dinning Table 4 seater on 19th March 2022 at your Thakurpukur Showroom. Mr. Biswajeet is our sales personnel from Showroom. Materials has delivered on 17th April 2022. During the delivered the material we hv received damaged same also knows ur installer & Showroom personnel.
    Estiilo has good brand name but in my case it is heart to me. I know u hv provided warranty of your product .. but my receivable material has defective from beginning. Now it is up to you for better service. My delivery Request no. 033-23810014.

    Mr. Suman Pal came to my house on 22nd Feb as the door (Pallah) of a cabinet was broken. He came and checked and then he kept the pallah open. He took Rs. 300/- by gpay. after that no response from his end, and the lady in your service office, I talked to her on 82729 21921. Now while calling her today, 29th Feb, she is not picking up the call and Mr. Suman Pal said that he dont know anything. Now tell me what to do?

    In 3 seater sofa leather has been cracked within a year . I had informed service centre but they told me that lether to be replaced & cost on that has to be bear by me. After investing huge amount why this type of quality products are provided. Is it your name & fame. As per Service centre this is rare case. If it is rare case why Company not replacing at their cost. Request you to place my complaint before your company to resolve the issue as early as possible.
