I am Avtar Singh I requested for test drive Kia Carens 3 times and every times your team ensure to reach in time but they never came nor anyone bother to call, I spoke with Ms. Kajal, Gurinder, Atul, In brief all
the staff members has very casual behaviour and attitude. Dada motor is in service industry and These people are damaging the image and Service of Dada Motor and Kia as well.

Recently the motor of my hero optima optima hs 500 got damaged, and the company worker took the motor part of my vehicle on 8-8-2022 for replacement purpose. Now it's been 4 weeks since they took it. I want to know that how much time it will take for replacement of the motor. And to know about it, I contact the India autos, 14579,GT road Dholewal, Ludhiana (GSTIN/UIN: 03ANCPS3982L1ZM) for the inquiry purpose, i am contacting them many times, but they haven't given any proper answer on how much time it will take to replace. Today when I contacted them to know more about it, he behaved in very inappropriate way, and vulger language.
This is very wrong about them, they should have some respect and manners to talk to their customers, we have purchased the vehicle and i have the right to know about anything that's going on. I want to know about how much more time it will take to replace as I need my vehicle.
