Hello! I am writing this email to complain about my parcel that I received on 19 of January on 2023, which was supposed to be an iPhone 14 pro max, but I got an incorrect item of 3 airpods and adaptor that also without cable also I tired to contact with the seller regarding my incorrect item but the seller was asking for money in returning the parcel as well, however after some few hesitation I paid the amount for returning the parcel in hope of refunding my money but the seller isn't responding to my message in WhatsApp nor in Instagram as well.
