The external facade windo which is double glass shattered yesterday on its own accord. It is only one and a half years old. Didn’t expect this from Fenesta.

Material for my 4 storeyed house delivered and installed in 3 installments as per request. Everything went on quite satisfactorily in two consignments but 3rd one delivered without any prior notice/telephonic call.
Inspite of my presence in the building, in the knowledge of driver & representative from Fenesta, named Mukesh ( as informed by transport company, M/s Milan Transport) items were kept and Fenesta representative alongwith the carrier hurriedly left the site without my counting the articles and obtaining any acknowledgement/receipt for the articles after handing consignment note to a labourer working on ground floor. On examination, I found that 15 articles were delivered whereas no. as per consignment note no 16195 dated April 15, 2023
is 16. It is uncalled for from a company of such repute. Please do the needful at earliest.

The Quality Control Manager,Fenesta Windows, This is to bring to your kind notice that as we have recently installed window mess but, it is of no use. I am hereby attaching some of the photographs to show you that we are facing problems of intruders like cats and mice etc. In two photographs you can clearly see that the mess has been thrown out by the cat. In the next two photographs you can see that the frame of the mess has been installed away from the walls. It is coming out of the walls. Please, look into this matter and correct it as soon as possible.
