We have purchased SAMSUNG M 30-128 GB vide the invoice No. MAA4-78837 dated: 30-05-2019 and received the instrument also. From today it is not working and we took the instrument to SAMSUNG official service centre at Vijayawada. We were told that the instrument has to be replaced with new instrument.
