I have got my item on 19/03/2023, but after open parcel I found That it is not useful to me . Then next day I return option to amazon. they informed me to send the people to collect the parcel on 27/03/2023. In that day around 12 pm one guy was called me and inform he is waiting in front of my home to collect parcel Meantime i was in far distance
I request him to come back after one hour , but he is not come .
so the parcel is with me now. I cant return my parcel through your site
