Very sadly I want to say that its a request please do not waste time of innocent people.I placed my order and applied promo code NEW50 n was supposed to get my order 50percent off.But as I clicked COD it displayed the full amount and d order was placed automatically. I just want to say if the Promo was not valed on COD thwn why this option is given..Zomato wasted my one hour and did not dwliver my order.very very bad experience..will not recomend anyone to use this app and I am deleting this app too. Thankyou so much

Good Evening.
earlier i have book the food order from zomato using mobile number 9829832832.
but at it reported after completion of payment service boy call me and denay to provide the services in provided location. further again received call from zomato as your order is going to canceled and also we can't refund your amount which you have been paid earlier.
really this is a blunder situation as zomato is taking money online and not providing food or money to the customers.

I ordered from Zomato app domino's pizza but as per some problem domino's didn't deliver to the location, but best was that they initiated the refund to Zomato in 1 day but still zomato has not refunded the amount.

As your representatives had promised me to return my money paid to you already against order no. 1525085120 (in advance) on 28th Dec 2018, cancelled by Mr. Raj Kumar (from ZOMATO) without contacting me. Also, when I tried to contact him after my order his number was showing out of reach for 30 min. Continuously.
You can also check the chat details for making a complaint against this behavior on ZOMATO mobile app on that day.
SO, IT IS REQUESTED YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER PERSONALLY & ARRANGE TO RETURN MY MONEY (THAT I HAVE PAID TO ZOMATO FOR THIS ORDER ONLINE) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I am really very upset that last night I was booked a order through Zomato , after taking the order they canceled my order after 1hr and they reverse my money in my account regarding this I want call on my no 9650691868 and this is very bad imprecation regarding this they didn't send my money on my account, Zomato give me bad and very worst service..
