I had purchased Y93 IMEI No.865203042052971 on 2.5.19 from Star Teleshop, Shop No.16, opposite Bikaner Mishthan Bandar, Subhash Chowk, Sonepat haryana for RS. 11990.00. My connection is VODAFONE and phone number is 8930355463. For the last more than a fortnight my Google search app. is not working. I have visited four times your Local service centre. They have formatted the phone and on their advice New Sim has also been put. Ultimately, they have disposed off my Complaint1 by saying "get some other connection". I may mention that Vodafone connections are running ok on other phones. I am thus feeling harassed and embarrassed. Please get my prolonged grievance repressed at once.
