Hi sir good morning I am from Nizamabad district here some problems we are facing towards rtc buses in the route of NIZAMABAD to sirikonda there are few buses running in this route and some no bus between two hours and some time frequently bus with in minutes so many time we complaints are given to controller but no action will be taken so please arrange bus in time

We have traveling today just now from mgbs station to Jangaon, we have entered in bus TS 24 Z 0013 it is clearly showing bus via bhuvanagiri and alier, Jangaon. But conducter is saying not stop in Jangaon direct to hanumakonda.. How it saying. I asked him.. They told they are managers are informed same they are telling...
Finally we are dropped bus.. And again I was informed to mgbs manager, they are saying how can you say the conducter.. What is going on...
Public will safer.... This is not good service for public..

I was travelling in a tsrtc bus no. AP 15Z 0199 from hyderabad to ramagundam i requested ticket for the same to conductor. But conductor has not given ticket to ramagundam instead that he given ticket to godavarikhni and he charged extra one and half fare.

TSRTC from suryapet bus depo created their own semi express busses there is no info about semi express and they are charging more than prdinary bus and provided ordinary bus onlu.
they did not stopped at my stop and told this is xpress so v r not stoping here.

Good afternoon tsrtc. I'm Udaykumar from Chityala,Nalgonda,Ts.
Today I was travel Chityala to cheruvugattu On Ap28Z3065 tsrtcbus TNA42665, 06/03/2019,2:46 PM, before I boarding the bus I asked to driver, he told me yes it is going on cheruvugattu ther bus stop available because today amavasya special, after that I was boarding the bus then bus conductor given ticket from Chityala to naldonda. I was ask to her I'm not going to naldonda I'm going at cheruvugattu. She replied me on unparliamentary language. She comparing me like donkey.
And she was not told me before given ticket. A I ask to her suppose I have no extra money that situation what I'm doing she told me beg to all passengers etc. Who was given to rights talk without respect to passengers. So I want justice becose she insulting on bus and without information giving another stop ticket.
I request to government to take action on conductor..

I'm travelling from SHOLAPUR to-SIDDIPET via TSRTC Bus Service No: 2034 Driver: K MAHESH Contact No.: 7382002060.
But overload luggage has been taken buy drivers of bus for delivery from Solapur to Secunderabad and Hyderabad.
For unloading the goods this drivers stops bus at unknown places like courier services, transportation services etc. but they don't prefer to stop the bus at RTC bus stops.
For unloading purpose it takes more than 2 hours today. actually bus have to reach Siddipet by 8:00 a.m. but till now it's 9:30 it's not yet reached.
I want to ask that what is this bloody services is being given by tsrtc to public.

i filled the student buspass application form yesterday and card details were taken and i got my application number. but it is not taking my payment.i am not able to take my application form print as it is displaying that the payment is under progress .there is no other chance to even fill a new form.
how should i proceed now ?

On 5th aug2018 at 3:00 i was waiting for bus and bus no. 37 D(ecil x road to ambedkar nagar) had arrived. He was not stopping even for a sec more and not lettling all the people yo get in.i was getting into it and he startd bus i was just slipped by. I experienced this 2 times.This had happened at sri ram nagar bus stop ecil.you need take action on this.
