money paid tiket not approved refund requested regarding by S.S. SUNDARARAJAN:

Dear sir I am the regular and usually booking though REBUS
as like i have booked a ticket for my travel from Madurai to Chennai TD 09/09/2018 using LUCKY travels scheduled to start from MATUTHAVANI- MADURAI 2 13.30 HRS and opted berth .
Then the money paid though from card and bank acknowledged the payment.

BUT NO BERTH/ MEAN TO SAY SEAT HAS NOT ALLOT ED FOR MY JOURNEY AND REFUND ALSO NOT CREDITED INTO MY BANK A/C THROUGH THE CARD WHICH WAS SUED BY ME.

PLEASE RESPOND AND UPDATE THE STATUS
