Dear sir
I m using techno spark mobile
It is good roduct but last 4 day it's
When I make a call and RCVD call I m unable hear voice by earspeaker
Otherwise audio video and using speaker it's working properly .
What with this mobile's ear speaker ?
Pls. Help and suggest.
Meanwhile I m in dakshinpuri dr.ambedkar Nagar new delhi.

मैंने दिनांक 23 जुलाई को फोन खरीदा था| दिनांक 10 अगस्त को फोन की स्क्रीन में प्रॉब्लम हुई| उसमें लकीरें आने लगी मैंने दिनांक 11 अगस्त को बीदी चैंबर डीबी गुप्ता रोड करोल बाग सर्विस सेंटर मैं ले गया| उन्होंने फोन देखने के लिए लिया और अंदर ले गए वह करीब 7 से 10 मिनट का टाइम लगा उन्हें| मुझे लगा फोन रिपेयर कर रहे है| फिर वह मेरा फोन बाहर लेकर आए और मेरे सामने खोलने लगे| और खोलते ही वह कहने लगे की इस फोन में स्क्रू सील नहीं है |अब इसका रिपेयरिंग का चार्ज लगेगा और इसकी स्क्रीन खराब है| ₹3100 चार्ज की मांग की गई। मुझे फोन लिए 18 दिन हुए है| मै क्यों स्क्रू सील खोलूंगा जबकि कंपनी के तरफ से तेरह महीने की गारंटी है| प्लस एक बार स्क्रीन वापसी की गारंटी था| मैंने इनको सर्विस सेंटर का कैमरा देखने के लिए कहा कि आप मेरा फोन अंदर ले जाकर क्या कर रहे थे| तो पहले इन्होंने कैमरा दिखाने से मना कर दिया |फिर दिखाने के लिए राजी हुए| फिर कहा 11 तारीख की वीडियो रिकॉर्ड नहीं हुआ है| यह ग्राहक के साथ येक धोखा है |
