I have given my Sony TV for repair at Tirupati service centre . They charged RS.6200 for repair but not given the bill.they simply tell that they never used to give bill for repair of TV's at tirupati.they are not caring us. I want to know what parts of TV they replaced and cost of the same and they give warranty for 3months orally. Being a Sony TV customer I am very much disappointed by their attitude and disrespect . So please look into the matter and make justice to me.

We have been facing wifi connectivity issue in SONY BRAVIA TV even though the wifi is working in all other devices in my home.
The issue Exists from past one week and we are not able to get a chance to talk to an executive over toll free customer care number.
