Hello sir i purchased Samsung J7 mobile 1year back..worth of 15000.after 10 months display was gone..I went to Samsung service show room kakinada..andhra Pradesh they said there is no warranty for display so I had no option.and paid 4500 rupees for that display 1month it worked good..but after 1month I got same complaint.and went to same service centre again they are saying display has gone again they are asking 4500 rupees for display within span of one month how can I afford 9000 rupees...New Samsung j7 mobile is 9000 rupees..samsung people are very irresponsible especially in kakinada..please resolve my issue I am loyal customer for Samsung since 5 years
