My phone is Moto G4+ n I had issues with charging it. Every time I charge it, it gets switched off automatically. Sometimes, 3 to 4 times continuously. This has been an issue since a year. I gave it for service at the authorized service center in Rajajinagar since it was still under warranty. They said they would repair it within 1 week but took nearly 15 days to repair it. They just changed the display. After which I am facing even more problems than before. First of all I am disappointed because of the defective product I received. Now I am even more disheartened by the condition of my phone. Their service was of no use. The people there are very rude n I had to travel far everyday just to check if the work was done. All they have done is cost me another tempered glass. The warranty has expired now. I believe they purposely waited until the warranty expired before they returned my phone. Worst experience with both the device n their service!
