Sir,
I called many times to your customer care service on your official number from different numbers and of concerned regarding my registration number i.e.9810275491. I was not only hopeless but became anxious too. just because of behaviour of your customer care executive and some of them are disconnecting my call continously like Mr. Raj and two other executive and also they are asking me again after verifying the details. Mr. Raj was the last annoying person who made me aggresive even before him i talked with 10 or more other executive but they were not so harsh and also due to shortage of knowledge might be they were unwilling to satisfy me.
1. I have a concern that this ticket is inappropriate and also mis guiding the team regarding my issue i.e. that my paid amount is not reflecting in my account. I deny this statement and it is showing on my timble mobile application that i paid amount.
2. That several times my call got disconnected without any intimation and also during the conversation they are not listening me carefully just assuring me that they will resolve within 2 hours and after every 2 hours any new executive collapse with me and doing the same and for his/her defence only convincing me that they are raising ticket or sending queries forward to my team members and further they will contact me on my registered number but also it does not happened.
3. Several times i insisted them to pls transfer the call to their seniors/technical department but they are unbelivable statement or execuses are repeating every time. Neither any single executive had transferred the call to senior nor I recieved callback from senior/backend team members on whole day. Pls check my calls from 9th June 2021 till now. how many times i spent to talk regarding my resolution.
4. As of now one good initiave has been occured which i really would like to appreciate to +91 96679 22591 but after getting router's picture they confirmed on call but not responded onwards even one time.

I got a new connection of timbl and it's been more than 5 hours and it's internet service is not activated. The local service provider, the person who came for installation said that it will be started in 3o mins but nothing happened like that. Now I am trying to contact him but he is not picking the call and also the person who called me for the first time for confirmation is also not picking up the call. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

The broadband service of timbl is very pathetic. It is happening daily, there is no such contacts no, no circle office, where we can lodge the complain. The customer care no, who's u people say 24×7 assistant is worst in the world. What type of service you provide, this timble only cheat with the people. I have paid for one year but I have to switch on another service provider. Shame you timble owner and staff.
