1. It is submitted that relevent documents respecting Vijaypal S/o Late Mohan Lal have submitted to your office on 22 Jan 19 duly recommended by med auth which have been processed the CMO on 24 Jan 19.
2. Mr Vijay Pal a 32 yrs old is a farmer having annual income only Rs 25000/- thus it is very challangeable to maintain a famil of five members.
3. On 20 Jan, he had sudden stroke of brain reapturrd and evacked to Narayana Hurdalaya Multispecility Hospital Jaipur as a LIFE SAVING. Accordingly he had to go through a major surgery which costs beyod their capacity.
4. In view of the above you are requested to re consider the case sympathetically and direct to concerned hospital authority to rebate and all possible grant be allotted as MERCY please.
5. Moreover the patients family no other source than seeking your help with folded hands.

राजस्थान के कई गान्वों में राजस्थान ग्रामदान एक्ट, 1971 प्रचलन में है एक बार यह एक्ट लागू कर सरकार भूल जाती है कि राज्य के किस किस गान्वों में ग्रामदान एक्ट लागू है ?? ग्रामदानी गान्वों की स्थिति बहुत के बारे में सरकार कोई रिपोर्ट नही लेती या स्थिति का आंकलन कराने के लिये कोई व्यवस्था नही है शिकायत निवारण तो भगवान भरोसे है ! प्रथम तो शिकायत होने ही दी जाती है यदि किसी ने हिम्मत कर शिकायत कर दी तो जिला प्रशासन पल्ला झाड़ देता है कि यह हमारे से सबन्धित नहीं है जयपुर में ग्राम दान बोर्ड को शिकायत करो अब हर आदमी जयपुर जाने से रहा रही सही कसर व्यवस्थागत खामियों से पूरी हो जाती है शिकायतकर्ता सर पटक पटक थक जाये तो भी कुछ नहीं हो सकता ! ऐसी स्थिति में शिकायतकर्ता या तो समझौता कर ग्रामदान कानून की आड़ में अन्य की तरह लूट में शामिल हो जाय या फ़िर ग्रामदान कानून को गालियां देते हुए उम्र गुजार दे ज्यादातर मामलों में शिकायतकर्ता पहले वाला विकल्प ही चुनते है क्योकि कानून की अन्धेरगर्दी में होना जाना कुछ नही है तो लूट से चूकना क्यों ?? राजस्थान भूदान यज्ञ बोर्ड का भटटा बैठा दिया ! आज स्थिति यह हो गई है कि भूदान में प्राप्त जमीनों पर असरदार पूंजीपति सरमायेदारों के कब्जे हो रहे हैं और गरीबों की कोई सुननेवाला नहीं है। राजस्थान भूदान यज्ञ बोर्ड पूरी तरह अव्यवस्था का शिकार है। बोर्ड में आई शिकायतों का निवारण नहीं हो रहा है। बोर्ड के दफ्तर में गरीबों की कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है। अध्यक्ष और मंत्री के रूप में मनोनीत अफसरों के पास बोर्ड के दफ्तर में बैठ कर गरीबों की समस्या सुनने की फुरसत नहीं है। पदनाम से मनोनीत अफसर कब बदल जायेगें और उनके साथ बोर्ड अध्यक्ष व मंत्री कब बदल जायेंगे ये तो ऊपरवाले को भी मालूम नहीं होता है। नतीजन गरीब पीडित शासन सचिवाल व बोर्ड के दफ्तरों के चक्कर लगाते लगाते बरबाद हो जाते हैं, लेकिन सुनवाई नहीं होती है में ग्रामदानी गाँव हाथल से ज़ामिन का मामले में सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है मुझे मेरे ज़ामिन का लेखा जोंका चाहिए
