I have purchase TV LED 32 Inch on 16.04.2016 from Bill No.312 M/S Jaswal steel furniture house village Bhotoli post office solodha Tehsil Jawali Distt Kangra Himachal pradesh 176225 His mobile number is 9805344072.But Now My TV Colour not working properly I have complain 01773940404 Number on 16.12..2018 and no responses by company customer care center and again call on 17.12.2018 and one mechanic Mr. Lovely his mobile number 9816561686 from Jawali Distt kangra Himachal Pradesh said I want Rs-1030/- for repairing if your Tv is repaired either you pay me Rs-250/- for transport charge. I told him I pay but you give my repaired bill he say I have No Bill. But customer care call my mobile Number 7018089683 and they said you pay only Rs-800/- for repair your Tv.LED and I told the above mechanic but he is not agree to repair my TV LED please tell me correct procedure either I complain in Consumer Court.
