I have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND NEO I9060 Mobile on 07-04-2014 from New MOBILE ZONE MULTI BRAND SHOEROOM PUNE. Sir, now I am suffering from a very big problem with this mobile, actually this mobile is get restarting within every half hour. Basically one complete year is not also completed till now, I think this is a faulty model that i have purchased also sold by SAMSUNG COMPANY to me. I am purchase a battery from flipcart.model no.s9082 galaxy grand.I have a bill on flipcart.Can I replace my battery on your samsung care bcoz this battery are not work correctly.only 2 month purchase the battery on Flipcart . warranty are 3 months.And I am taking about flipcart customer care .His suggestions go to near samsung care and your comoletly prob.silve it...
