I purchased 2 TAB A in visakhapatnam but both the tab A battery are worst by Ranjith Kumar:

Good evening sir/madam ,my name is Ranjith Kumar I am from Palasa(srikakulam ).my problem is I have purchased 10 months back two TAB A. since I bought them the battery's are worst for calling for videos I have to charge and watch videos and calling too otherwise tab is switching off. I had 1 year warranty. So I submitted the tab in the shop where I bought. He submitted to Samsung service center. They called today and saying that we will see the problem and update the software. For Samsung battery 1year replacement warranty will be there. Why they are not changing the Samsung battery. I have problem with battery why they are updating software. I want my battery to be changed for both the tabs. Samsung Tab A WORST performance by the battery. Worst service from vizag service center. How should I get my problem solved. Only 22 days warranty period is remaining.
