Dear sir,
My name is Ashwin, doing MBA & I hail from Bangalore.
I am directed by Mr Sanjay, SAMSUNG electronics, to visit and express my concern.
I purchased SAMSUNG E5 on 31st January 2015 at SAMSUNG café at Kengeri, Bangalore, through Bajaj fiancé for 12 months.
There was a problem with my handset as speaker getting feeble and was not able to hear clear voice from outsider. On 1st of May 2015, was not able to hear from outsider and rushed to the Café at Kengeri (where I had purchased). He asked me to send it for service.
I went to give the handset for service at Vandana service cetnre, at Vijaayanagar, Bangalore (authorized centre, SAMSUNG). I handover the handset (took out the memory and sim card) to one of the engineer. Engineer to tried to open the handset, by pin on the top, and then he asked me to call and come to pick up handset.
I got a call and went to service centre, I was shocked to hear that speaker has spoiled and even PC board damaged, for this asked me to pay Rs 8000/- for rectification.
I have asked im to keep it with them and came back.
Now, I would request you to please get me replacement. I respect Samsung very much, because I worked with SAMSUNG bet. 2009 to 2013, and left for higher studies.

HI MY NAME IS RAHUL I BUYED A SAMSUNG GALAXY A7 ON SANGEETHA ON 7 MAY 2015 I USED FOR JUST 2 DAYS AND ITS HOME BUTTONS IS SO SLOW AND DEVICE HANGS LITTLE BIT SO I ASKED THE SANGEETHA TO REPLACE THE PHONE SO THEY SAID GO TO SERVICE CENTER WE CANT REPLCE THE PHONE THEN I WENT TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER NEAR VIJAYA NAGAR SO THEY SAID WE WILL UPGRADE THE SOFTWARE AFER 5 MIN THEY JUST RESTED THE PHONE AND SAID THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN PHONE AFTER SOME TIMES IT AGAIN STARTED LAGING SAMSUNG IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD.
PLEASE DONT WASTE UR TIME BY BUYING THE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS

I had not used my tablet for about 2 months and when I took it my battery was swollen up and screen was slightly out of place , but it was working. Now the battery has gone back to it primary shape , do u repair it at Samsung service centre, because in mangalore they denied me and asked me to get it repaired from out side

Customer asked to wait for 1 HR to inform about the problem and concluded that thereflects is two key problem and it will be replaced and mobile will get serviced and will get serviced mobile by evening. Even message sent to customer informing service done and mobile can be collected from ser5vice centre. When we received the mobile it was not functioning and again we asked to wait and started telling that mother board had gone they are misleading the customer with repair from unskilled person and even coustomer not informed properly
